About PIKKLIO

PIKKLIO is a self-service procurement app built for the workstation, not the office. Employees punch in a PIN, order what they need, and the stockroom fulfils it — no email chains, no shared spreadsheets.

How it works

  1. Employees order at the workstation. A 6-digit PIN signs them in on a shared tablet or kiosk. They see only the items configured for their station.
  2. Clerks validate deliveries. Stockroom staff pick the order, record what was actually delivered, and close it out.
  3. Orders flow to your ERP. Validated orders are pushed to your existing system via a connector — no re-keying.

Multi-tenant by design

Each company gets its own subdomain, its own catalog, its own users, and its own ERP connection. Data never crosses the tenant boundary.
