About PIKKLIO
PIKKLIO is a self-service procurement app built for the workstation, not the office. Employees punch in a PIN, order what they need, and the stockroom fulfils it — no email chains, no shared spreadsheets.
How it works
- Employees order at the workstation. A 6-digit PIN signs them in on a shared tablet or kiosk. They see only the items configured for their station.
- Clerks validate deliveries. Stockroom staff pick the order, record what was actually delivered, and close it out.
- Orders flow to your ERP. Validated orders are pushed to your existing system via a connector — no re-keying.
Multi-tenant by design
Each company gets its own subdomain, its own catalog, its own users, and its own ERP connection. Data never crosses the tenant boundary.
