Workstation-based ordering
Employees sign in at a shared tablet or kiosk with a 6-digit PIN. Each workstation sees only the items configured for it — no digging through a 2,000-SKU catalog to find three cleaning supplies.
Min/Max (par-level) ordering
For consumable items, set a min and max per workstation. Employees enter "quantity on hand"; PIKKLIO calculates the reorder amount automatically. No guesswork, no over-ordering.
Clerk dashboard
Stockroom clerks see pending orders in one place, record actual delivered quantities, and validate. Validated orders are locked from further edits and queued for ERP export.
ERP integration
Sync your item catalog in and push validated orders out — no re-keying. Start with the built-in file-based connector; add HTTP/SFTP/SQL connectors as you grow.
Multi-tenant by design
Each company has its own subdomain, catalog, users, workstations, and ERP connection. Data never crosses tenant boundaries.
Audit log
